The Miss New Orleans Pageant, being produced since 1930 has been both a prelim to the USA & America Systems over the years.
The Miss New Orleans Pageant is
entity, committed to excellence in pageantry and owned by Shelly Winters Black of Shelly's Pageant Express Inc. who believe in healthy competition, that
promotes individuality, confidence and overall achievement among all
contestants. Shelly's Pageant Express Inc. is an organization devoted to
promoting the elegant, ambitious, responsible and community
service oriented women of all ages that share the same passion, Quest For The Crown.
We believe that all women are beautiful, inside and out and
deserve a chance to promote those causes closest to her heart with a
title worthy of her representation. The Miss New Orleans Pageant
System is an organization devoted to celebrating the essence of ladies of all ages.
A woman with ambition, our
Miss New Orleans title holders are women with uncompromising morals
and a desire to serve her community through voluntarism & go on to pursue her dreams at the state and on to the National Level. They are
women who shine on stage and are the perfect representation of poise
and grace.
The Miss New Orleans Children Pageant serves as stepping stones to great things such as Modeling, Acting, and Image Development through the art of healthy competition. We agree that many women choose Pageantry to assist them in their Quest for excellence and has helped women launch careers in the Entertainment Industry as well as Fashion, Journalism & Broadcasting.
